Service Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our mowing service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

• We will promptly return to address the issue at no additional cost.

• If we are still unable to meet your expectations after a reservice, you may request a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.


How to Request a Revisit or Refund


Please contact us here within 48 hours of service completion, including:

• Your full name

• Service address

• Date of service

• Details about your concern

• Photos (optional but helpful)


We aim to review and respond to all concerns within 1 business day.


Limitations


Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply in cases where:

• The lawn was not prepared according to service guidelines (e.g., debris, obstacles, excessive overgrowth).

• Weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances impacted service results.

• The complaint is submitted more than 48 hours after service completion.
